02/ How long does a package take?
Most MVP Tune-Up packages finish inside a week. Production Launchpad runs one to two weeks depending on scope. Custom / Enterprise is scoped after the audit. You always know the timeline before you pay.
03/ What if my app doesn’t fit one of the three tiers?
The audit tells us exactly what your app needs. If it falls between tiers, we recommend the closest fit and explain the tradeoffs in plain English. If it is genuinely custom, we scope a Custom / Enterprise engagement from £2,599.
04/ Do I have to commit to a monthly retainer?
No. Every package is a one-off, fixed-price engagement. After launch you can roll into the Peace of Mind retainer (from £149/mo) or Build & Protect (£799/mo) — but only if you want to.
05/ What if I’ve already launched?
