01

Introduction

As a UK-based software company, we are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner.

02

Information We Collect

When you engage with our services, we may collect personal information such as your name and email address. To protect the site from abuse, we also retain the visible form fields from blocked contact attempts in a private, access-controlled review log. We do not retain CAPTCHA proofs, form-session tokens or IP addresses in that log.

03

Use of Your Information

The personal information you share with us is used solely for the purpose of enhancing your experience with our services. It enables us to communicate with you effectively.

04

Website Analytics

We collect anonymous, first-party website activity to understand which pages are useful and how people find our site. This does not use advertising profiles, cross-site tracking or cookies.

05

Marketing Measurement

With your consent, we use Meta Pixel and Meta’s Conversions API to measure whether Meta advertising leads to a contact or qualification-form submission. This can use cookies and identifiers such as browser and advertising click IDs. When you complete one of those forms, we may securely send Meta hashed contact details and technical information needed to match the conversion. We do not send your message or qualification answers to Meta. You can decline or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings.

06

Pricing Location

When you visit a pricing or qualification page, we use your IP address only to identify your country and show the appropriate GBP or USD price. The Random Stuff does not store the IP address for this purpose; the country lookup is provided by IPWhois, which processes it under its own privacy policy.

07

Confidentiality and Access

We assure you that your information is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Access to your personal data is strictly limited to authorised personnel within The Random Stuff who are bound by confidentiality obligations.

08

Data Security

We implement robust security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Our commitment to data security is unwavering, and we continuously review and update our practices to safeguard your information.

09

Your Rights

You have the right to access, modify, or delete your personal information at any time. If you choose not to proceed with our services, you can request the deletion of your data, and we will comply promptly. Your privacy is our priority, and we are dedicated to respecting your choices.

10

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or regulatory requirements. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how we are protecting your information.
