Which package is right for me?
Choose Essential if your existing app mainly needs monitoring, maintenance and bug fixes. Choose Peace of Mind if you also want unlimited everyday updates to existing pages, including text, images, prices, links and layout polish. Choose Build & Improve if you need up to four medium-sized improvements each month, such as a new page, booking or enquiry flow, dashboard view or contained feature. Build & Ship is for new products and larger work, such as new workflows, integrations, major features or substantial redesigns.
What services are included?
Build & Ship covers technical strategy, product design, software development, testing and ongoing support, with senior technical leadership included. Maintenance packages are for existing apps that need ongoing care and smaller improvements. Third-party costs, such as hosting, paid APIs and licences, are separate and billed to your own accounts.
How do requests and priorities work?
We agree the priorities together and keep a shared queue of work. You can add requests as your needs evolve, and we help break larger ideas into clear, manageable steps so you know what we’re working on and what comes next.
How does the trial work?
We agree a focused scope on a call, then spend two weeks working on your product so you can see how we fit your team. At the end, you decide whether to continue. Trial work becomes yours when the subscription starts; your existing code, repositories and accounts remain yours throughout.
How does billing work?
All packages are billed monthly. Essential is £150, Peace of Mind is £300, Build & Improve is £500 and Build & Ship is £3,000 per month. Third-party costs, such as hosting and paid APIs, are separate.
