OTD Learner Pathway

Our Training Department wanted an app to facilitate all of their programmes and resources, so that every customer can keep coming back to their training over time, even after their programme has finished.

After a series of strategic meetings, it was clear OTD needed a cutting-edge app supporting assignment submissions, quizzes, feedback collection and programme management, with seamless accessibility for learners, coaches and administrators.

In under 10 weeks, we delivered a connected learning ecosystem, not just one app:

• Learner app: every programme and resource in one place, assignment uploads, quizzes, session feedback, and personalised action plans.
• Coach access: coaches see everything, and can edit and add information as programmes run.
• Engagement features: chat forums fostering collaboration and discussion.
• Web admin platform: for tracking learner progress and managing programmes with ease.

The OTD Learner Pathway App launched to great acclaim, playing a pivotal role in supporting OTD’s new EDI program, which benefits over 150 global associate business coaches. Customers return to their training long after their programmes end, exactly what OTD set out to achieve.
