The problem

Tony Betts is a Chartered Physiotherapist with 29 years in the NHS, a lecturer at UCL, and a practice on Harley Street, but his website was built in the early 2000s, and it showed.

He wanted something modern that would still be easy for patients to digest.

The solution

We presented Tony with a set of designs, and he struggled to pick, because in his words, all of them were so good. So we chose the one that suited his practice best and was easiest for patients to navigate and understand:

  • Condition-focused pages: spines, nerve injuries, shoulders, ankle injuries and sports injuries.
  • Online booking: integrated with the practice's MidexPro appointment system.
  • Studies section: published research front and centre, supporting an evidence-based practice.
  • Clear practice information: consultations, contact and location details for the Harley Street clinic.

The impact

A clean, modern site that patients find effortless to use, delivered quickly, and cared for ever since. We still look after Tony's website today, updating information for him whenever he needs it.

  • Patients book appointments directly through the integrated booking system.
  • A professional online presence to match 29 years of clinical experience.
  • Ongoing care: content updates and technical maintenance, handled for him.

{ What the client says }

I'm blown away, the website is clean, the service was quick and easy. Great job.
